We will provide all the materials you need for your course; all you need to bring is curiosity and enthusiasm!

We are happy to travel further afield, including abroad, to deliver our courses, but depending on the distance and timings, we may have to add travel and accommodation expenses to the cost.

Terms and Conditions

  • Booking a training course  When you book a training course, you will receive confirmation of your booking by email and then a subsequent email reminder near to the time.
  • Payment in advance  Please ensure that you fill in your preferred payment option details.  We now also accept payment via PayPal, a relatively quick way to pay online.  Please make sure payment for the course arrives on the last working day before the course date.The delegate and organisation placing the booking shall be jointly and severally liable for the course payment of the course fee. In order to avoid having to pass on these costs to you, we ask for payment in advance.
  • Your invoice  We try to make sure that we send the invoice for the course to the right person or department.  If you have received the invoice and are not the right person, please pass it on to the appropriate department, so that they can arrange payment for your course in plenty of time.Your organisation can pay for your course by cheque, BACS payment or PayPal.  For more information on this telephone, on 020 8800 6999 or email training@haga.co.uk
  • What if I want to cancel?  All cancellations should be made in writing via email to training@haga.co.uk
  • Cancelling a course  If you give us more than one month’s notice, we will not charge you, and we will refund any fees you have already paid. The only exceptions are non-refundable expenses, including preparation for bespoke training, which will have already been done.If you give us less than one month’s notice, we will charge you half the course fee.If you give us less than one week’s notice, we will charge you the full fee, unless agreed otherwise with the trainer.  Please note that non-payment and/or non-attendance do not constitute a cancellation.
  • What if the course is cancelled by HAGA?  We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time without liability but if we have to do this, we will offer you an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.
  • Travel fees may be additional if our trainer is travelling outside of London and the South-East
