HAGA, we understand that. For the last thirty years, we have been
working with people in Haringey who are concerned about their own
drinking or that of someone close to them.

What will happen when I get to HAGA?
You
will have an appointment with a skilled worker to talk about your
current concerns and to work out a plan to improve your lifestyle. HAGA
has different services to meet people’s needs. We can’t “cure” you or
wave a magic wand but we can help you make positive changes to your
drinking if you choose to. How you do that will be for you to decide.
Some people choose to stop drinking altogether, while others choose to
cut down their drinking. What we believe Our aim is to help you work out what goal is right for you and to give you the support you need to make it a reality. We hope you will find us to be a friendly and approachable team of professionals. Who we help We mainly work with Haringey residents over 18. We also have COSMIC, a service specifically for children and families who are affected by the alcohol or drug use of a family member. Call COSMIC on 020 8800 6999. Why don’t you get in touch? You
can either contact HAGA yourself or ask your GP, nurse or other
professional to get in touch on your behalf. First appointments are held
Monday to Thursday 10am to 1pm. Evening and weekend appointments are
available by arrangement. We have hubs across the community and will visit people in their own homes if they are unable to get to us. Get some answers at the click of a button
